GlucoMenu® Apple Spice Waffles
Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup Aunt Jemina original pancake & waffle mix
1/4 cup egg substitute
6 fl. oz. water
3 T. canola oil
2 t. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
Recipe Directions:
- Mix waffle mix, water, egg substitute, & oil. Stir in cinnamon and applesauce.
- Heat waffle iron.
- Spoon 1/4 of batter on to iron.
- Serve immediately after cooked.
- Makes 4 waffles.
